A personal favourite. A group class which combines both cardiovascular and resistance workouts to give an all in one exercise class, a kettlebell is a hand held weight which is designed to deliver a complete body workout and uses functional execise as its principle.
Sometimes called spinning. An Instructor lead indoor group cycling class that will push you but leave you wanting more.
It’s a party on a bike! Dim the lights put the disco lights on play some uplifting tunes and workout like you’ve never worked out before!
It’s fast and it’s fun
Also known as seated exercise this low level exercise class is aimed at improving range of movement, strength, flexibility and balance. Participants can take part either seated or standing or combine the two.
One level up from chair based. You are on your feet throughout this class which is aimed at the more mature fitness enthusiast and is more aerobic in design.

I have been working in the health and fitness industry since 2006 and am registered at Level 4 on the register of exercise professionals which is the highest level attainable.
I also have enhanced DBS checks and a current First aid certificate.
